1. About Us

NeuroMagic Club and NeuroMagic are trading names of Well Happy Minds Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Company number: 15759402

Where applicable, some community or grant-funded initiatives may also operate under NeuroMagic CIC, company number 16792389. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated at the point of engagement.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Well Happy Minds Limited trading as NeuroMagic / NeuroMagic Club, unless otherwise specified.

2. Scope of Services

NeuroMagic Club provides services to adults aged 18 and over only, including:

● ADHD coaching

● group coaching and memberships

● workshops, circles and events

● digital programmes and resources

● consultancy services (including Access to Work application support)

● BWRT™ (Brain Working Recursive Therapy)

BWRT™ is a psychological / psychotherapeutic modality designed to address unwanted emotional responses, trauma-related patterns, and automatic reactions.

BWRT™ sessions offered through NeuroMagic Club are:

● delivered within the practitioner’s training, competence and professional insurance

● focused on specific patterns, triggers and responses

● not a substitute for statutory or emergency mental health services

We do not provide:

● psychiatric diagnosis

● medical treatment

● emergency or crisis mental health care

● inpatient, statutory, or NHS psychological services

Where parents or carers seek support relating to a child or young person, all work is delivered with the adult client only, focusing on the adult’s understanding, regulation and capacity. We do not provide 1:1 services to children or young people under 18.

3. Coaching & BWRT™ Disclaimer

NeuroMagic Club offers a combination of coaching-based services and BWRT™ sessions, depending on the service selected.

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process designed to support self-awareness, emotional regulation and practical change. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental illness.

BWRT™

BWRT™ (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) is a recognised psychological / psychotherapeutic modality that works to change automatic emotional and behavioural responses.

By engaging in BWRT™ sessions, you acknowledge that:

● BWRT™ is not a medical treatment

● it is not a crisis or emergency intervention

● it does not replace NHS or statutory mental health services

● outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing and for seeking additional or alternative support where required.

4. Suitability & Right to Decline Services

Our services are designed for adults who are emotionally resourced enough to engage in reflective and self-directed work.

We reserve the right to:

● decline or discontinue services

● pause or end engagement

● refer clients to alternative or more appropriate support

This may occur where:

● the client’s needs fall outside our scope of practice

● crisis, safeguarding or statutory support is required

● continuing the work would not be ethical or effective

Such decisions are made with care and professional judgement.

5. Payments & Fees

● All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified

● Payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing

● Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected

● Consultancy services are charged as one-off fees unless stated otherwise

For third-party funded services (including Access to Work):

● confirmation of funding may be required before sessions commence

● invoices and supporting documentation are provided once capacity has been confirmed

● services cannot be guaranteed until funding approval is received

6. Cancellations & Refunds

1:1 Sessions

● A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

● Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full

Memberships

● Memberships may be cancelled in line with the billing terms stated at the point of purchase

● Any digital content already accessed remains non-refundable

Digital Products

● Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by NeuroMagic Club — including written content, videos, recordings, frameworks, exercises and workbooks — remain the intellectual property of Well Happy Minds Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share or resell any content without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and privacy. Confidentiality may be breached where:

● there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

● safeguarding concerns arise

● disclosure is required by law

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

● we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

● our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing Law
