Access to Work ADHD Support, Explained
If ADHD is impacting your work — your focus, emotional regulation, confidence, energy or performance — you may be eligible for fully funded ADHD coaching through Access to Work.
I support ADHD women and organisations to:
● secure funding
● navigate the process with confidence
● access trauma-informed, high-quality coaching that actually works
Whether you want funded support or immediate paid help, both options are available here.
What Is Access to Work (AtW)?
Access to Work is a UK government scheme that funds practical support for disabled and neurodivergent people at work — including ADHD.
For ADHD, this often includes:
● 1:1 specialist ADHD coaching
● emotional regulation support
● executive function strategies
● burnout prevention
● confidence and communication support
Most clients receive £1,000–£3,000+ per year for coaching support
(the current annual Access to Work cap is approx. £69,000 per person).
Key things to know:
● You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis
● You can be employed or self-employed
● Funding is not means-tested
● Coaching is usually paid directly by Access to Work
This page explains how to access funded ADHD coaching — and how I support you through the process

OR
Option 2: Immediate Paid Support (No Waiting)
