I’m Amy, ADHD specialist, psychologist and founder of NeuroMagic
I support neurodivergent women with ADHD coaching, BWRT™ therapy, emotional regulation and community wellbeing.
My approach blends science, psychology and lived experience with creative, movement-based practices.

BWRT Therapy
BWRT™ — the therapy that doesn’t ask you to explain your trauma to death. If you’re tired of feeling hijacked by old memories, emotional spirals, shame, fear, or reactions you can’t control… BWRT™ gives you your power back. We work at the root — the split-second trigger that sparks your thoughts, emotions and behaviours — and we rewrite it. It’s rapid, it’s evidence-based, and it’s perfect for ADHD women who are done letting old wounds run the show.
We calm your ADHD nervous system using somatic techniques, breathwork, BWRT™, and trauma-informed emotional regulation tools. This is where overwhelm stops running the show. You learn to read your body’s signals, interrupt spirals, soften reactivity, and create safety inside yourself — possibly for the first time ever.
