Been wondering what’s you, and what’s your ADHD?
You are the one people rely on. The capable one, the organised-looking one, the woman who somehow delivers while privately running on caffeine, adrenaline and the quiet fear of being found out.
And at the end of the day, when the emails stop and the house goes quiet, the exhaustion you feel is not normal tiredness. It is the cost of holding it all together while making sure no one sees how hard you are actually working to look this fine.
Does any of this sound familiar?
"I feel like I'm constantly waiting for bad news, or for someone to tell me I've done something wrong."
"I lose my keys every single day and eventually find them in the strangest of places."
"I have many amazing ideas. I create colourful new life paths in my head, or on my MacBook at midnight, then can't find the brain cells to actually do any of it."
"I've started a hundred hobbies and I have a graveyard of sewing machines, paints and half-written stories to show for it."
"I feel constantly on edge and anxious, even though life is good, and I don'tknow why."
If any of these hit the nail on the head, you might just be in exactly the right place.
I’m Amy, ADHD coach, psychologist and founder of NeuroMagic
I support neurodivergent women through ADHD coaching and BWRT® therapy
I came to this the long way round. Undiagnosed as a girl, then years working in psychiatric care and as a police officer, whilst training properly: a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology, then Psychology, Mental Health and Wellbeing (MSc) alongside my EMCC accredited training in Health and Wellbeing Coaching.
I work with women who are successful on paper and overwhelmed in private. Professionals, founders, leaders, mothers, often all four at once. Women who are brilliant at their work and quietly struggling with the things that are supposed to be simple: rest, follow-through, money, their own nervous system.
Whether you are formally diagnosed, on a waiting list, or simply done ignoring the pattern, the work is the same. We stop trying to make you function like everyone else, and start building a life that fits the brain you actually have.
How we work together: The NeuroMagic Method
ADHD Coaching for late diagnosed women
Burnout, overwhelm, emotional spirals, habits you can’t break; they all have a pattern.
Together we map your triggers → thoughts → feelings → body → behaviour → results, so you can finally see the why behind it all.
Once you understand your internal wiring, everything changes: your emotions soften, your reactions regulate, your shame lifts, and your life becomes something you can shape rather than simply cope with.
NeuroMagic Membership
For ADHD women who are inside NeuroMagic Club, we stop masking, stop self-blaming, stop shrinking and start owning our neurodivergence.
We unpack your emotional patterns, calm your nervous system, and rebuild a life that actually works for your brain.
Workshops. Coaching. Community. Rebellious wellbeing that creates real psychological change.
BWRT® Therapy
'BWRT®' stands for 'BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®', a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it's not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss.
The practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better.
Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org
We work with the nervous system first, not the to-do list. Using BWRT® and psychology, we settle the underlying fight-or-flight that drives the overwhelm, the avoidance and the shame, so change finally has somewhere stable to land.
What NeuroMagic stands for
Rewire
Reconnect
We reconnect you to how your mind genuinely works, on its own terms. This is where the relief lives: understanding that the things you have privately judged yourself for are adaptations, not failures.
Reawaken
We rebuild from there, toward the life you actually want. Real goals, real momentum, and a way of working that does not require you to abandon yourself to achieve them.
An online wellbeing community for ADHD women
Join our online women’s circles, workshops and meet-ups designed for neurodivergent minds in Manchester (UK) and beyond.
This is a grounded, rebellious, supportive space where ADHD women can connect, regulate and grow — together.

Kind word from
my clients...
BWRT® cleared a reaction I’ve had for YEARS… in one session
I used to spiral instantly when triggered - dread, shame, panic, all of it. After BWRT® with Amy, that entire emotional response is just gone. I feel free, my fight and flight has reduced massively, and I feel more in control than ever. This therapy is next level.
MayaI’ve tried every therapy going. BWRT is the only one that didn’t make me relive the pain
I had a memory that held me hostage for over a decade. Amy guided me through BWRT so safely and skilfully that the emotional charge disappeared. I can think about it now without panic or heaviness. It’s like my brain finally got the memo that I’m safe.
JasminI didn’t expect a workshop to change me — but it did.
The mix of movement, psychology, creativity and being in a small group of women gave me an experience I hadn’t had before. I left feeling lighter, regulated, and connected to other women who think like me.

This is me:
I did not learn this from a textbook alone.
I was the girl whose full name got bellowed across the assembly hall for not being able to sit still. I had close brushes with the law before I was 17. I became a mama at 18. I worked in psychiatric care, then as a police officer, and spent ten years in higher education, all while undiagnosed, all while convinced I was simply the problem.
I built NeuroMagic out of that. Lived experience, yes, but held inside real clinical training. I know the difference between coping and being safe, because I spent most of my life mistaking one for the other. That is the work I now do with you.
My background:
Psychologist (MSc)
Psychotherapist (BWRT®)
Coach (EMCC Accredited; Champion Coach for Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership)
Speaker, BWRT® World Congress 2026
What working together includes
A bespoke 12-week one-to-one programme built entirely around you
Psychology, BWRT® and coaching woven throughout your programme
A practical plan for your nervous system, not just your calendar
Access to a private community of women who understand
Priority booking and a returning-client rate when your 12 weeks are complete
You have spent long enough being the one who copes
Coping is not the same as being safe. If you are ready to stop performing "fine" and start building a life that actually fits you, this is where it begins. Bring your craziest, wildest dreams and goals and let’s make them happen.
